Our thoughts are with Momma Soul tonight, who suffered a terrible blow at the hands of criminals in Jamaica. Don't worry Moms - everything will work out. The resort will be return to its former glory in due time. It's tough for a son to hear his mother cry out in pain. I hope Peanut never has to experience that with Napi.
Our butts are still hurting from yesterday's ride, and Napi experienced sharp pains in her stomach this evening. We are monitoring the latter situation and if the pain is still there tomorrow morning, we will place a call to Dr. Porter. Otherwise, we continue our slow countdown to July.
In anticipation of the tedious process that will be selecting a child care center or provider, I utilized a service offered by my employer today, wherein a specialty firm researches local day care centers and child care providers based on criteria we provide. Taking into account our schedules (Napi's being somewhat more consistent than mine), I requested that the research providers near both of our jobs, as well as our home, and confirmed that the report will include details on a number of important issues such as activities, hours, penalties, and the ever popular wait list. That report should be ready on Friday. Then comes the process of visiting these facilities and interviewing the directors and staff. Handing over our son to a group of strangers we don't know from Adam will be difficult - but Jah will guide us on this endeavor.
