Man goes to Iraq to do some work for his country. On December 12th he realizes he needs to order his son's Christmas gifts ASAP to get them to him in time. So he goes to the website of One Step Ahead/Leap & Bounds and orders up about $400 worth of toys. 4 items total. Pages for each item says "order by 12 December for delivery by Christmas. Man places order, sits back and relishes just how nice a surprise this will be for his son. Email comes from said company that says one item shipped - no word on items 2-4 other than a note on their website tracking page that says "at drop shipper...pending shipment." Gift that arrives in time for Christmas isn't the gift that their emails says was shipped. Almost a month later, and well past Christmas day, man emails company and asks "where are the damned gifts."? Reply comes back saying "didn't you see the notice that drop shipped items can take up to 6 weeks?"
Guess who won't be ordering from One Step Ahead again? I've got an email out to those idiots asking for a status update. They come back with anything longer than a week and I'm canceling the order. Way to fill my son with Christmas cheer One Step Ahead!
