Settle Down Children!

In a relatively new role for me, I am about two weeks into my first real management gig and it is driving me absolutely insane. No doubt about it, these guys are hard workers - but some of the arguments I'm having to squash out here are just ridiculous. Meanwhile I had to intervene in a near bar fight last night (a bar in a war zone...sure sign the war is in trouble...) and even had to put one guy down on the ground. If this is what we’ll have to deal with when Ami’ gets older I’ll need some serious therapy. Fortunately for me, if Ami’ acts a fool discipline will be swift and decisive!
