Starting All Over Again

It seems we'll have to teach Ami' how to sleep in his bed by himself all over again. He popped up last night at 0100 and started fussing. I went into his room to do the usual back pat but he refused to go back to sleep. Instead, he just stood there looking at me, trying to rest his head against my chest. With a plan in mind to be at the gym at 0500 this morning, I wasn't about to sit there and spend the next hour trying to convince him that his crib was the place to be...so off to our room he went where he would eventually fall asleep. Back to square one...
